Michele A. Cronin, AICP is the Co-Founder and President of 41° North Land Use Advisors, a boutique planning consultancy providing strategic land use guidance for residential, institutional, cultural, and commercial projects primarily in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Prior to co-founding 41° North Land Use Advisors, Michele served as Planning Director at Fogarty Cohen & Nemiroff, where she worked alongside Bruce Cohen, widely regarded as one of Greenwich’s leading real estate and land use attorneys. In that role, she collaborated closely with attorneys, architects, engineers, and property owners to advance complex development initiatives and long-term planning strategies across the community.
While 41° North operates as an independent planning practice, it was established in a collaborative partnership with Redniss & Mead, a Fairfield County based land use consulting firm with expertise in civil engineering, land surveying, planning, zoning, and permitting. The partnership reflects a longstanding professional relationship and shared approach to complex land use work. This relationship offers access to trusted technical resources when appropriate. 41° North regularly collaborates with a diverse network of design and engineering professionals from across the region.
